We freeze our tempeh as soon as it finishes fermenting, to preserve its freshness, flavour, and all of those wonderful nutrients.
Your frozen tempeh will be delivered to you in conveniently-sized blocks; saving you time, energy, and giving you the option to simply defrost a portion (or multiple) whenever you’re ready!
